It was time to replace the original San Francisco landmark Yahoo! board we fabricated for the popular internet browser in 1999. Yahoo! contacted Atomic Props to fabricate a new billboard fit for the future of the company.
The updated billboard features 10,000 individual LED modules and emits over 200,000 lumens of light. The entire billboard is internet connected with a fully customizable user interface, allowing the client to control the billboard from their mobile device or computer.

This was an all hands on deck type of project because of the board’s size and complexity. Our craftsmen had to be comfortable in both the mechanical and electrical components of the build as well as training over hires.
