We fabricated a racing helmet replica for RJ Reynolds in partnership with Arrow McLaren SP to showcase at Formula 1 events around the country. It will appear at other Indy car races as well; Indy 500, Texas Motor Speedway, and the Streets of Nashville to name a few.
We foam-carved, hard-coated, painted and vinyl-wrapped a 12’x12’x12’ helmet. It was fabricated in 6 pieces for easy transportation. The helmet debuted at the St. Petersburg Grand Prix and served as the entrance to the Vuse experience, where attendees are invited to play various car racing games and receive branded products.
The helmet was such a success that we made it twice! Specialized Mobile Exhibits had us make three smaller helmets that were 3.5′ ft tall for other racing events!
