BBDO New York approached us with the goal of introducing Havaianas flip-flops to the New York market.
Atomic was involved in multiple activations to create brand awareness for the company. We fabricated three of the 10’ flip-flop floor displays out of aluminum for the soles and foam carved thongs. The client filled the flip-flops with flowers and other visual elements on-site. In addition to the place based props, five sculpted thongs were fabricated to attach to wall scapes. For each floral design sole of the flip flop, an artist’s hand painted the background.
